As builders of new homes we offer a variety of floor plans, 3 qualities and various sizes with variable options to be built on any lot that you would purchase in our city, or you may feel free to submit your own design to us.. 

We will build your basic HIGH quality home for $35.00 per square foot which will include a basic Mexican kitchen with a tile countertop, outlet for washing machine, water heater, brick construction, bathroom fixtures, vitropiso floor tile, and a one year    guarantee against roof leakage.  I'll build you a GOOD quality home for $26.00 per square foot, or an ECONOMIC home for $23.00 a square foot.   Other local  construction contractors here are charging from $50.00 to $60.00 per sq. ft .  Other options and upgrades are available.          

For your assurance the construction of your home will be in accordance with a mutually prepared contract.
